The Club
Aeroclub Phoenix Brüggen was established in 1995. Our gliders are available for training as well as for licensed glider-pilots. Main focus of the club are youths. In addition to flying, they are motivated to do the technical maintainance of the gliders and improve their technical skills.
Since 2002 flying operations of the British Army Germany Gliding Centre take place on the former RAF airfield, today called “Javelin Barracks”.
